Tim Alisea’s entry into the HVAC industry began in 1994 with new construction projects in the small, tight-knit community of Woodbine. After honing his skills and expanding his knowledge at RET Tech, where he graduated in 1997, Tim ventured into subcontracting across the bustling city of Baltimore. However, he soon realized that the larger corporate culture lacked the personal commitment and sincerity he valued. Tim envisioned a business founded not just on technical skills but on unshakeable principles of honesty and reliability.

By April 2019, Tim’s dream couldn’t be held back any longer. Motivated by a desire to provide straightforward, trustworthy HVAC services at fair prices, he founded Alisea HVAC. Starting with a single truck and fueled by sheer determination, Tim set out to handle every job personally, ensuring each service met his high standards of quality and fairness. His family joined the business, with his son Matt Alisea and wife Mandi Alisea bringing their unique skills to the fold, alongside his right-hand man and Master Technician, Corey, who has been a pivotal part of the team for over three years.

Today, Alisea HVAC has grown significantly, now boasting multiple trucks and a team of dedicated technicians who share Tim’s commitment to excellence. Under his leadership, Alisea HVAC stands as more than just a company; it represents a commitment to integrity, treating every customer like family and ensuring their comfort with the utmost professionalism.
